The Mind Behind It
Dr Helen Marsden is our exemplary Clinic lead and visionary behind the brand.
She studied medicine in London, graduating with distinction as a doctor in 1996 and worked as a GP from 2001 to 2022 including Claypath & University Medical Group in Durham, as well as The Bridges Practice in Gateshead.
Helen now works solely in the field of medical aesthetics and wellness and maintains her registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Helen successfully completed foundation, advanced and masterclass level training in medical aesthetics in 2017 with Derma Medical, where she is now an educator, as well as for Circa Skin, teaching other medical professionals at home and abroad.
Helen maintains her registration as a doctor with the General Medical Council.
As a medical aesthetic practitioner, Helen remains committed to continuous learning and staying informed on the latest techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices.
This ensures she can deliver safe, effective, and innovative treatments, uphold the highest standards of patient care, and adapt to the evolving landscape of aesthetic medicine

Kate - Skincare Specialist
Kate is Helen’s daughter and joined the team in July 2020. She now manages the clinic and works full time along side Dr Helen.
Kate is a level 3 Therapist in all non-injectable clinic treatments, including Hydrafacial, Morpheus8, Micro-needling with WOW fusion, Forma, and IPL.
With a passion for transforming skin and boosting confidence, Kate is more than just a skin care specialist — she is your personal guide to luminous, healthy skin.
Known for her gentle touch, deep expertise, and results-driven approach, she blends science alongside Dr Helen, with self-care to create treatments that are as rejuvenating for the soul as they are for the skin.

She has an innate talent for creating a calm and reassuring atmosphere, even during the busiest clinic days.
